Employer Sponsored Visas

457, Employer Nominated Scheme, RSMS

Australian employers (small businesses and multinational organisations) can access highly skilled global talent by sponsoring skilled employees to temporarily or permanently live and work in Australia if they cannot find a suitable Australian citizen or permanent resident.

We specialise in the following visas

  • Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457)allows a skilled worker to be sponsored to work in Australia by an approved business for up to four years.
  • Employer Nomination Scheme visa (subclass 186)is a permanent visa and can be applied for through the Temporary Residence Transition stream, Direct Entry stream or Agreement stream.
  • Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme visa (subclass 187)is a permanent visa and can be applied for through the Temporary Residence Transition stream, Direct Entry stream or Agreement stream. You must be sponsored by an employer in a regional area.
  • Temporary Work (Long Stay Activity) visa (subclass 401)has four streams under which an applicant can be sponsored under – exchange, sport, religious worker and domestic worker (executive) streams.
  • Training and Research visa (subclass 402)is a temporary visa and can be applied for under three streams – occupational trainee, professional development or research.
  • Training visa (subclass 407) is a temporary visa and can be obtained to take part in workplace-based training to enhance your skills in your current occupation, area of tertiary study, field of expertise
  • Temporary Activity (subclass 408) is a temporary visa to take part in entertainment or sporting event.

Skilled Visas

  • Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) is a permanent residency visa that allows you to work and live in any part of Australia. L
  • Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) is a state nominated permanent residency visa. You are expected to be committed to living and working in the state from which you receive your invitation for a specified amount of time.
  • Skilled Regional (provisional) visa (subclass 489) is a temporary visa which leads to the Skilled Regional visa (subclass 887), a permanent visa. You must be sponsored by either a state or an eligible relative who is an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen, and lives in a designated area in Australia. You are expected to be committed to living and working a specified regional area for a specified amount of time.
  • Skilled Regional visa (subclass 887) is a permanent visa. You are expected to be committed to living and working a specified regional area for a specified amount of time.
  • Temporary Graduate Visa
  • The Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) is a visa allowing students who have completed higher studies in Australia to stay on to live and work for a period varying 18 months to 4 years, depending on the type of studies that were completed. The applicant needs to be onshore at the time of application and visa decision.

Business Visas

The application for this visa can be made onshore or offshore and there are no conditions on your location at the time the visa is granted.
